20,000 Days on Earth premiere at Sundance

SUNDANCE WORLD PREMIERE

We’re thrilled that the world premiere of our film 20,000 Days on Earth will take place at the Sundance Film Festival 2014 in the World Documentary Competition section.

Drama and reality combine in a fictitious 24 hours in the life of musician and international cultural icon Nick Cave. With startlingly frank insights and an intimate portrayal of the artistic process, the film examines what makes us who we are, and celebrates the transformative power of the creative spirit.

The Sundance Film Festival is one of the largest independent film festivals in the United States, taking place annually in Utah.

The film has been produced with support from Film4, BFI and Corniche Pictures. It is produced by Pulse Films and JW Films and the international sales agent is HanWay. With cinematography by Erik Wilson (Submarine, Tyrannosaur, The Imposter), appearances from Kylie Minogue and Ray Winstone, and an original score by Nick Cave & Warren Ellis, 20,000 Days on Earth will by released theatrically worldwide later in 2014.

Read a feature about the film by Alexis Petridis in The Guardian.
